These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel-related services through us, as well as your obligations as a customer.
The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Clover Voyages, and the term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us, or otherwise using our services.
1. Products and Suppliers
We sell a variety of travel-related products from different suppliers and service providers (“Suppliers”). Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions applicable to your arrangements in addition to our general terms, and you should ensure that you understand them. Certain software and content found on our website are owned or licensed by us or our Suppliers, and your use of such materials may be subject to further conditions.

Clover Voyages acts as an intermediary or “Booking Agent” for products and services not directly supplied by us (e.g., air travel, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.).
We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will enter into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with these products and services.
All airline tickets are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may occur due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. You may be charged additional sums by Clover Voyages to offset increased fees, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations.
2. Payments
We may hold a reservation for you, but prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and relevant travel documents are issued, subject to Supplier terms. We will inform you of the payment due date.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to process payments with the corresponding Suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a payment method.
If we are acting as your Booking Agent, any cost increases from Suppliers will be passed on to you once we are informed. Changes in transportation costs, taxes, fuel charges, or exchange rates may cause prices to vary even after full payment.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Your contract with your Suppliers may allow them to cancel or modify bookings. If we are your Booking Agent, we will notify you promptly of any significant changes once we are made aware. However, we accept no liability for costs incurred due to such changes.
Subject to the Supplier’s terms, you may:
- Accept the changed arrangements,
- Accept an offer of alternative travel (if available), or
- Cancel your booking and receive any applicable refunds.
Refund eligibility will depend on the Supplier’s policy.
We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no liability for any resulting costs. You are responsible for checking flight details directly with your airline, especially after departure.
4. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking your arrangements with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any applicable Supplier terms. You agree to comply with all such terms, including timely payment.
Violations may result in:
- Cancellation of your reservation,
- Forfeiture of payments,
- Denial of access to travel services, and
- Recovery of any costs incurred due to such violation.
You confirm that:
- You are of legal age to use our services and enter binding agreements,
- You are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers in your booking, and
- All information provided is true and accurate.
You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers in your group are aware of and comply with these terms.
5. Booking Changes
Where a change requested by you is permitted and possible, service fees may apply in addition to Supplier charges.
All changes are subject to availability and Supplier conditions. Many airlines and Suppliers treat name changes as cancellations, which may incur full cancellation fees.
Flights must be taken in the sequence shown on your ticket. Failure to check in on time may result in “no-show” status and cancellation of subsequent flights.
6. Cancelling Bookings
If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund depending on Supplier policies. Our standard cancellation fees may also apply.
Refunds will only be processed once funds are received from the relevant Suppliers. Generally, partially used flight tickets cannot be refunded.
If your cancellation reason falls under your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim cancellation costs from your insurer.
7. Airline Reservations
If you arrive at check-in and find that your reservation is missing despite a confirmed ticket, remain at the counter and request assistance from a supervisor.
If your ticket shows “OK” status, the airline should accommodate you, arrange an alternative flight, or compensate you per their policy.
8. Making a Complaint
If you encounter a problem during your trip, please inform the relevant Supplier (e.g., hotel, tour operator) immediately. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us through the same office where you made your arrangements or via www.clovervoyages.com.
Failure to contact us promptly may affect our ability to assist you and your rights under this Agreement.
9. Travel Documents and Destinations
You are responsible for ensuring that all details on your travel documents are correct and for reporting any errors immediately. Travel documents are valuable and must be safeguarded.
Before booking international travel, we recommend checking relevant government travel advisories. Offering travel to a destination does not imply that such travel is free from risk.
10. Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements
You are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, and immigration requirements for your travel. We accept no responsibility for issues arising from non-compliance with such requirements.
For visa services, Clover Voyages acts only as a consultant and will not be held liable for any rejection by embassies or visa authorities. All documents submitted for visa processing remain your responsibility.
11. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance before travel. Certain travel arrangements may require proof of insurance.
We can assist in providing travel insurance quotes and information upon request.
12. Vaccinations
You are responsible for obtaining all required vaccinations and health documentation for your destination(s). Please consult a healthcare provider before travel.
13. Hazardous Materials
You are strictly prohibited from carrying hazardous materials on board any aircraft. Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids or solids, oxidizers, poisons, and corrosives.
14. Use of Our Services and Website
You agree to use our website and services only for legitimate reservations or purchases and not for speculative or fraudulent purposes.
Without written permission, you may not:
- Copy or monitor website content using automated tools,
- Deep-link to any part of our website, or
- Frame any part of our site within another website.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Clover Voyages is not responsible for their content or data practices.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clover Voyages, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of our services.
16. Business Continuity Policy
Clover Voyages is committed to maintaining effective business continuity measures to protect people, assets, and operations during any disruption.
Our management system is designed to meet applicable standards and ensure reliability and service availability. This policy is reviewed regularly and communicated across the organization to ensure continual improvement.
